I think what Chris said about Lijit's willingness to fix things and to teach would be echoed by many, many people. I am a zero-audience publisher, just a few friends know that I have a blog, and only a fraction of those care. But when I call Lijit with a question or a comment or a complaint, they respond, and they keep on responding until the issue is resolved, and then they ask again if it is resolved. Finally after all of that they *thank me* for my feedback.

Incredible.

If this internet thing doesn't work out, I think Todd and the gang have a bright future revolutionizing the Customer Service Industry (once they complete that, maybe they can take over the DMV - lol).

By the way my contact at Lijit has been Leslie Osborne, and I have truly appreciated every conversation or email exchange that I have had with her. So if you're reading this, thank you Leslie.

The best part of Lijit (beyond your interesting technology) is that you stepped up, listened, responded, and gave us insight into what comes next. I wasn't upset about the ads. I didn't like the functionality of doubling up the real estate on my page. Once I understand what it was, how it worked, etc, I calmed down, and with all your conversations, I felt even more educated.

Thanks for your attention and for your follow-through.
