Operations Specialist
Job Description
Lijit Networks is looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to support our suite of advertising, site search and analytics tools. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, troubleshooting skills and be proficient in HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the trouble ticket queue for the day to day issues that are submitted by our publishers
- Provide excellent customer service for our Publisher Recruitment team, clients and partners
- Trouble shoot implementations issues when they arise as a result of conflicts between our JavaScript and a publishers site
- Using our internal UI, maintain our site search technology ensuring that our site search results are current and comprehensive
- Pre-emptively identify and address ad operations issues that adversely affect performance
- Manage our Ad/Review queue in which you will be responsible for approving or denying sites from using our advertising services
Requirements:
- Experience working with HTML, JavaScript and CSS (regular expression a plus)
- Proven problem solving skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Analytical skills with an established approach to quantitative analysis
- Ability to work in a fast paced, start-up environment
- Organized with ability to work on multiple projects effectively
- Understanding of Site Search, Crawlers, Feeds a plus
- Experience with ad trafficking, de-bugging, data collection, working with standard ad specifications, ad tag placement, and ad optimization platforms a plus
