Todd Vernon
CEO
Todd is the CEO of Lijit Networks which he founded in 2006. Prior to his leadership role at Lijit, Todd co-founded Raindance Communications where he also served as CTO and Chief System Architect. While at Raindance, he lead the team which designed and built a global multimedia architecture for web conferencing that helped grow the company from start-up to publicly traded company (NASDAQ: RNDC) with annual revenues in excess of $80M.
Prior to becoming a serial entrepreneur, Todd built hardware and software to test experimental aircraft at NASA, and developed systems to automatically provision telephony services for some the nation’s largest RBOC’s.
Todd received his BS in electrical engineering technology from Central Missouri State University.

Walter Knapp
COO
As the COO of Lijit Networks, Walter is responsible for all aspects of daily operations including sales, marketing, business development, finance, product development and engineering. Prior to this, Walter led the Linux field sales organization in the Americas for Novell. Walter was a Partner at Novell Ventures, and was a Principal at Cambridge Technology Capital, two successful venture capital firms. Earlier in his career Walter served as Client Partner for Cambridge Technology Partners. While in graduate school he co-founded DCN a developer of Internet appliances and software solutions for live imaging. Walter has a BA in History from Boston College and a Masters in Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Emmanuel Puentes
CTO
As CTO of Engineering, Manny is responsible for engineering, IT and product development at Lijit Networks.
Manny has almost fifteen years of experience building large-scale networks including over five years in the online advertising industry designing and implementing ad serving platforms for Lijit Networks and MatchLogic. He has also built collaborative communication systems including a global multimedia architecture for Raindance Communications’ (NASDAQ: RNDC) web conferencing service that earned him a patent in collaborative communications.

Perry Quinn
VP of Publisher Development
As VP of Market Development, Perry is responsible for the growth of the Lijit publisher network and leading the Publisher Services account management team. Most recently, Perry spent over a decade within the Services Group of Sun Microsystems in positions including Corporate Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Product Management. Prior to working at Sun, he was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Digital Camera Network and Chrome Industries. He also served as a key member of the sales team at TDA Advertising & Design, an award-winning international advertising and design agency based in Boulder, CO.
Perry received his BS in Business Administration – Marketing from California State University, Chico, and his MBA from the University of Colorado.

Tom Hart
VP of Operations
In his role as VP of Operations, Tom is in charge of Lijit’s customer support group as well as the operational roll-out and management of Lijit’s advertising services and channel partner program.
Tom has over 10 years of operations and client services expertise in the on-line communications and technology space. Prior to his time in the tech industry, Tom worked as a research analyst at one of the nation's most prestigious law firms, Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, MA. Before Choate, Tom conducted human rights advocacy work throughout Northern Ireland while he earned an advanced certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies. Tom has studied at Trinity College, Dublin, Queens University, Belfast and the University of Ulster, Derry. He also holds a BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder where he studied History and Political Science.

Mark Chessler
VP of Finance
Mark has more than 15 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and Accounting. Before joining Lijit, he spent six years as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Raindance Communications (NASDAQ: RNDC). In this position Mark managed the company’s yearly budget cycle, financial forecasting, as well as M&A related financial analysis and due diligence. Before joining Raindance, Mark held a variety of Finance positions within small to mid-sized technology companies.
Mark holds a BA in Economics from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
